The way we handle accounts is to problem-solve the area of concern. Rather than simply demanding payment in full from each of your clients, we identify the reasons the balance has not been paid and establish a solution to resolve the account balance. Quality Staff
Daryl Balerud, President of A.R. Audit Services, Inc., recognized when he started his business in 1987 that educated and personable people are the foundation of a successful company. Thus, since its inception, A.R. Audit Services, Inc. has employed only the highest caliber staff who have degrees in finance, economics, accounting, and similar fields.
Currently, ten staff members with over 60 years of combined accounts receivable knowledge are employed with A.R. Audit Services. All our collectors are certified by the American Collectors Association. Randy Lang, Vice President of Operations, provides managerial oversight of internal operations and brings with him a B.S. in Business Administration to augment his accounts receivable auditing and direct action recovery background.
Skills, knowledge, and certifications are clearly key elements for staff credibility, but A.R. Audit Services, Inc. also values people-skills, thus, our clients are assured that they will receive individualized attention and that it will be a pleasure to work with a member of the A.R. Audit Services, Inc. staff.
